Prepurchased a discount couples massage for me and my wife a couple months ago. Finally had time to cash it in this weekend and find that the business is now delisted on Apple Maps, their website no longer exists, and number has a generic answering machine now. We were never informed that they were closing, recent sales wouldn’t have lead me to believe they were going to close. Very disappointed and would never recommend anyone go here, but it appears they’re out of business anyway.
So disappointed, I have been trying to schedule a massage since early fall of this year. I was told they were not scheduling, temporarily. Then I asked if they were going out of business and what I needed to do to get my credits refunded. They told me not to worry, that they were just looking for a new location. Then nothing, no responses or anything. I have over $350 credit at this place! They are just scamming people, I’m so sad because I really liked them previous to this. I was lied to and robbed. I don’t know what to do about it.
I agree with Lacy. I am beyond disappointed in Saint George Massage. I have over $ 700. 00 in massage credits, with them, which i have been trying to at first make an appointment for beginning in September. at which time i was told they were temporary closed because of some remodeling their landlord was doing. in November when I was finally able to get ahold of them (after many attempts), I was promised a refund check "in the mail", when after two weeks, I did not receive a check. I again began the time consuming process of contacting them again, (because they ignore texts and phone messages) I finally got a reply via text message, telling me that I had to email them to get a refund check. so, I emailed 2 weeks ago, and guess what, nothing! I have filed a complaint with the city of Saint George. And I plan to contact the BBB on Monday. but, I am loosing hope that any of us will ever receive the massages or a refund. Sadly, this has all of the signs embezzlement. Saint George Massage used to be a great company but, not any more . they took what must me thousands of dollars from their clients and then dissappear without any valid explanation. shame on them! I plan to do everything in my power to get my money back. I suggest that anyone else who also has lost their hard earned money to this buisbess make a whole lot of noise. its time to get the city and the media involved! This is not only disgraceful, its illegal! Saint George Massage could have easily communicated with its customers. and keot, communicting. If the building they operated out of was a prolonged remideling problem, they should move. how hard is it to move Massage tables and a front desk? Sandy
I have been going to St George massage for 2-3 years now. I absolutely love it. I routinely purchase their massage packages which makes it affordable for me. I especially like working with Celeste and Jared. Both are incredibly well trained and have been doing massage for a long time. They both had extensive knowledge and experience with prenatal massage. I had many done by them while I was in my second and third trimester and it helped me so much.
